About the role:

We’re looking for an ads-first Graphic Designer who understands that great design isn’t just beautiful – it converts. The core challenge will be to design ads for performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT etc.) that are clean, minimal, and persuasive – targeting the affluent & HNI segments. You’ll work closely with the growth, product, and brand teams to translate strategy into visuals that are sharp, clean, and conversion-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance-Led Creative – Design high-converting static and video ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Create scroll-stopping visuals that are minimal, bold, and clutter-free. Design with clear hierarchy and intent — every element should earn its place. Continuously iterate on creatives based on performance data.

• UX-focused design – Since growth at Dezerv is currently app-led, most of our ads highlight product screens and app flows.You should be well-versed with designing mockups, phone frames, and UI placements that feel premium and intuitive.

• Design for high-production ads – We work with some of the best creative agencies and freelancers to produce and create video ads. These ads are run over Meta, Google and OTT platforms. One key responsibility of this role will also be to work closely with these external freelancers and agencies to design end slates, product screens, and banners that go into our ads.

• Collaboration with various stakeholders – As a designer, this role requires collaboration with stakeholders across the growth team, brand team, external freelancers, video editors and agencies. You will be designing and testing hooks, layouts, formats, and screens for motion graphics as well.

• Brand Consistency – Ensure that all ads adhere to the firm’s branding guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all materials. Collaboration with the brand team here would be pivotal.

• Innovation – Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies to keep presentations fresh, engaging, and on the cutting edge.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in presentation design, preferably within the financial services or investment industry.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficiency with AI design tools like MidJourney, Gemini, GPT, Higgsfield.
• Strong visual design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
• Understanding of UX design principles and a hold over designing app screens.
• Understanding of motion graphics and videos – to be able to design for them.
