Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Interior Designer who can independently manage end-to-end Luxury residential interior projects, from initial client meetings and design conceptualization to project closure. The ideal candidate should be client-facing, commercially strong, and technically sound, with the ability to close projects and push them into execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take initial client meetings and drive project closures
- Manage residential projects ranging from 10L – 50L
- Handle complete project lifecycle – from concept to production
- Conduct design meetings, site masking or validation
- Create 3D models (SketchUp or Infurnia), renderings, and 2D drawings (AutoCAD)
- Stay updated with market trends, new material launches, and premium finishes
- Assist clients with material selection and push projects to production
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-6+ years of experience in luxury residential interiors
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium homes & high-end detailing
- Expertise in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering tools
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and current market offerings
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and closure skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
