Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand designs across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life and elevate the brand through stunning visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and website assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
- Prepare final designs for internal and external use, ensuring high-quality print and digital production.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Design of PowerPoint decks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
- Experience in B2B Sales, B2B Marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
- Very strong proficiency in PowerPoint designs
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Experience with video editing tools (like After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing for web and mobile.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Animation or motion graphic experience.
