M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women (Autonomous) is committed to the goals of attracting and supporting top-calibre women students in the areas of higher education. Since its inception, the college has recorded a phenomenal, continuous growth.
Initiated with just three courses- BBA, B.Sc.(Maths), the college offers today 17 UG, 7 PG Programmes, and Research programmes in the Departments of Commerce, Management Studies and Communication & Media Studies. The college affiliated to the University of Madras has a strength of 3810 students, thus, recording a qualitative and quantitative growth. The college has been reaccredited by NAAC (National Assessment & Accreditation Council) at “A ” grade scale.

Facility Manager
Location: Chennai
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our campus
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and security teams.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective schedules.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises.
- Supervise landscaping and gardening activities to maintain facility aesthetics.
- Manage security operations, access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.
- Ensure fire safety compliance and emergency preparedness.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for AMC renewals, ensuring continuity of maintenance services without lapse.
- Liaise with service providers to conduct routine pest control activities and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and oversee the overall maintenance of the adopted Greater Chennai Corporation park, including housekeeping, cleanliness, security, surveillance systems, landscaping, and general upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
