Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Client Success Executive to generate leads, connect with prospects, close projects, and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling and reaching out to potential clients.
- Qualifying and filtering leads before scheduling meetings.
- Following up with inquiries and nurturing prospects.
- Presenting Imagical Studios’ services and preparing quotations.
- Coordinating with clients to collect requirements, feedback, and approvals.
- Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
- Building long-term client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of Branding, Websites, Digital Marketing, or Advertising is preferred.
