ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a performance-driven Telecalling sales professional to generate qualified business opportunities for our corporate event management, AV rental and technical production services. This is not a customer-support or general calling role – you’ll be reaching out to corporate decision-makers, qualifying genuine requirements, and booking meetings for our sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make approximately 100 outbound calls per working day, prospecting new corporate accounts.
• Reach corporate decision-makers across Marketing, Administration, Procurement, HR and Events.
• Follow up with inbound leads, active prospects, past clients and dormant accounts.
• Qualify opportunities based on requirement, authority, timeline, budget potential and commercial value.
• Book qualified sales meetings, confirm attendance and hand over complete notes to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records covering calls, lead status, next actions and meeting outcomes.
• Independently manage a structured pipeline and follow through to a clear outcome on every lead.

HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED

Activity metrics: calls completed, decision-makers contacted, follow-ups completed and CRM accuracy.

Outcome metrics: meaningful conversations, qualified leads, attended meetings, opportunities created, dormant clients reactivated, conversion rate and pipeline value influenced.

Completing 100 calls a day is not, on its own, success – those calls need to generate qualified conversations and genuine sales opportunities.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years in outbound sales, telesales, inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting or business development.
• Proven confidence speaking with corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Strong cold-calling, persuasion, objection-handling and follow-up skills.
• CRM experience, disciplined pipeline ownership and a track record of measurable results.
• Good spoken English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus. Experience in events, AV, hospitality or B2B services is preferred.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Fixed plus performance salary, based on experience and capability. Incentives are tied to qualified meetings attended, opportunities created, dormant clients reactivated and revenue generated – not to call volume alone. Strong performers can progress into senior business development, corporate sales and team-lead roles.
