We are looking for a motivated Chartered Accountant to work on a dedicated assignment for a European Family Office .
The role offers hands-on exposure to treasury operations, investment reporting, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and family-office investment activities across multiple entities and currencies.
Role: Chartered Accountant – Treasury & Investment Management
Experience: 2-3 years post-qualification experience
Location: Pune
Compensation: 12-14 LPA, depending on experience and suitability
The role will involve:
Treasury and bank account management;
Multi-currency bank reconciliations, including EUR, USD and GBP accounts;
Investment accounting and reporting;
Preparation of weekly investment and portfolio reports;
Monitoring investment performance and key return metrics;
Financial modelling and investment evaluation;
IRR, XIRR, ROI and other investment performance analysis;
Portfolio and fund-related reporting;
Investment screening and analysis;
Coordination with banks, wealth managers, investment managers and other professional advisers; and
Supporting management on treasury and investment-related matters.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant who:
Has 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience;
Has a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis;
Has a genuine interest in treasury, investments and portfolio management;
Is comfortable working with financial models, reports and data;
Has good analytical, communication and presentation skills;
Can independently take ownership of assignments and coordinate with multiple stakeholders; and
Is interested in developing experience in an international family-office environment.
A CFA qualification or progress towards the CFA qualification will be an added advantage , but is not mandatory.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant looking to move beyond traditional accounting and compliance work and build specialised experience in treasury, investment analysis, portfolio reporting and family-office operations .
