Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with a strong background in selling rubber/polymer products.

Responsibilities: Full ownership of P&L, plant operations, business development, key customer relationships, profitability, growth strategy, market/competitor analysis, pricing, and comprehensive business planning.

Education: B.Tech, MBA from a reputed institution.
