Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting Cityinfo’s commercial office leasing and managed office solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Generate leads and acquire new corporate clients for commercial office leasing and managed office solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Administration, Procurement, and Corporate Real Estate teams.
• Understand clients’ workspace requirements and provide suitable office space solutions.
• Schedule client meetings, presentations, and property/site visits.
• Work closely with the Transactions team to ensure smooth execution from requirement generation to deal closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of leasing transactions.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client records in the CRM.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and market intelligence reports.
• Keep track of market trends, upcoming commercial developments, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Commercial Real Estate.
• Prior experience in commercial office leasing, coworking, managed office solutions, B2B services, or corporate sales will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong client acquisition and consultative selling abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
