Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Presales Consultant to support our growing business across the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life-sciences sectors.

In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, engage enterprise decision-makers, qualify leads, coordinate product demonstrations, and support the complete sales cycle. You’ll work closely with leadership while gaining exposure to AI, Data Analytics, and global enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients across Pharma, Healthcare, Life-sciences, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and strategic prospecting.
• Engage CXOs and business stakeholders to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Schedule discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and executive discussions.
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal development and deal closure.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, commercial documents, and pricing support.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer information within CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams on outbound campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
• Track sales KPIs including pipeline health, conversion rates, meetings scheduled, and revenue opportunities.
• Represent the company during webinars, industry events, and customer engagement activities.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, Data Analytics, Technology, Healthcare, Pharma, or Life-sciences solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience in selling Veeva and Salesforce and Staff Augmentation
• Strong understanding of consultative B2B sales methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior business decision-makers.
