Role Description The Food Ingredients & Sourcing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This position is responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers of food ingredients, coordinating procurement activities, and supporting contract negotiations to secure high-quality materials at competitive terms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends and pricing, assessing ingredient specifications, maintaining supplier databases, and monitoring contract performance and compliance. The Associate collaborates with quality, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and company standards. The role also involves preparing reports, communicating with internal stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
