Job Description – Analytics Solutions

Role & Responsibilities

• Own and achieve Topline Revenue and Gross Margin targets for the assigned customer / territory / product or Analytics Line of Business (LoB).
• Drive revenue growth for Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics Solutions.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle – from qualified opportunity creation to deal closure (Win/Loss) – in collaboration with Pre-Sales, Data Architects, Delivery Teams, and Solution Consultants.
• Lead and deliver impactful customer presentations, analytics solution demos, and business value discussions.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to execute analytics-focused campaigns, webinars, and events in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Convert leads into Qualified Opportunities using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Business Heads across industries.
• Identify customer business challenges and position analytics solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
• Prepare proposals, solution documents, commercials, and margin sheets; maintain all records in a centralized repository.
• Regularly update CRM systems, sales dashboards, and business scorecards with accurate pipeline and forecast data.

Take end-to-end ownership of customer accounts, including coordination for:

• MSA/SOW sign-offs
• Legal & commercial approvals
• Credit checks
• Partner/vendor onboarding
• Present pipeline updates and performance metrics in Weekly Business Review meetings.
• Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Analytics / Data Solutions Sales.

Proven track record in selling:

• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence solutions
• Data Warehousing & Data Engineering services
• AI/ML use cases
• Dashboarding & Visualization platforms
• Strong exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, E-Commerce, Logistics, IT/ITeS, Media, Telecom, Energy, and Aviation.
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, AWS Analytics Stack, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
• Clear understanding of sales metrics – revenue targets, deal size, conversion ratios, pipeline value, etc.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven, consultative sales mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Active business network and strong hunting capability.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience in selling end-to-end analytics transformation projects.
• Relevant certifications in Analytics / Cloud / BI platforms.
