Responsibilities:
POSITION OVERVIEW
Vetra is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive project sales and client relationship management in the luxury outdoor furniture segment. The role involves handling client interactions, generating business opportunities, coordinating on projects, and contributing to revenue growth across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, project sales experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships within the architecture and design ecosystem.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new business opportunities in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and procurement teams.
Handle end-to-end client coordination including meetings, presentations, quotations, follow-ups, and closures.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable outdoor furniture solutions aligned with project needs.
Coordinate closely with design, production, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and sales documentation.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
3-6 years of experience in furniture, interior solutions, luxury retail, or project sales.
Exposure to hospitality, residential, or commercial project sales preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and project timelines.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and relationship-driven personality.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUNG
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in furniture, outdoor furniture, interiors, décor, or building material industry preferred.
Existing network with architects and interior designers will be an advantage.
