domestic and international markets.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – International Sales to expand our global customer base and drive B2B sales across international markets.

This is a sales-focused role responsible for international business development, client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new international B2B business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with international clients.
• Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, trade portals, and networking.
• Conduct virtual sales meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
• Monitor international market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company in overseas customer meetings, international exhibitions, and business visits as required.
• Should be proficient in using import-export databases/software, tracking international market prices, monitoring price trends, and analyzing competitor and market pricing.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
• Experience in International Sales or Export Business Development is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts aligned with international customer time zones. Shift timings will rotate approximately every 15 days based on business requirements.
• Valid passport or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet customers and support business development activities.
• Candidates with proficiency in an additional foreign language will be preferred, especially for international business and client communication.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance (DGFT, shipping bills, etc.) preferred.
