We are looking for a driven professional to develop relationships and business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and other key project stakeholders across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and contractors.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and other relevant projects across Delhi NCR.
- Meet architects and design firms regularly to introduce products and develop specifications.
- Generate new project leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Follow up on ongoing projects from specification through to order.
- Maintain a strong network within the architecture, interiors, and construction community.
- Track project activity, client interactions, specifications, and potential orders.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Represent the company at client meetings, project sites, and industry events when required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in building materials, natural stone, marble, tiles, surfaces, flooring, sanitaryware, lighting, furniture, hardware, or related industries.
- Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, or developers.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with regular client meetings and field work across Delhi NCR.
- Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to independently develop new business.
- Candidates with experience in specification sales, project sales, architectural sales, or business development are encouraged to apply.
