Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Manager role based in India, with some flexibility for work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, and expand Coincashy’s OTC desk presence in target markets. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings (online and in-person), preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine service offerings, gathering market intelligence on cryptocurrency and fiat trends, and contributing to sales forecasts and growth strategies. The successful candidate will regularly monitor performance metrics, optimize outreach activities, and represent Coincashy at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage high-value, B2B and B2C accounts.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, OTC trading, and fiat on/off-ramp processes, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Analytical and negotiation skills, including comfort with numbers, pricing discussions, and deal structuring.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets within fast-paced, dynamic markets.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
