Job Description- User Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the Campus Ambassador Program to expand brand presence and engagement among college students across India.

2. Build and scale KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) and UGC (User Generated Content) programs to drive brand advocacy and content creation.

3. Establish and grow realme user communities at national and state levels to achieve community growth and engagement targets.

4. Recruit, train, and manage state-level super agents/community leaders to strengthen local community operations.

5. Develop social media engagement strategies and enhance the digital marketing capabilities of community teams and super agents.

6. Plan and execute community activation campaigns during product launches, realme festivals, and key seasonal events.

7. Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Retail teams to implement student-focused and community-driven marketing initiatives.

8. Monitor community performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

9. Drive customer loyalty, advocacy, and user retention through both online and offline community engagement programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 7 – 10 years of experience in Community Development, User Operations, CRM, Retail Marketing, or Digital Engagement.

2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital community building and customer engagement.

3. Strong background in Mobile, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or Technology industries.

4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

5. Proven experience in driving customer loyalty and community growth programs.

6. Mobile Industry and E-Sports background is preferred.
