Role:

We are seeking a Creative Strategist with a strong advertising agency background who can blend strategic thinking with compelling storytelling. This role focuses on developing impactful brand narratives and leading the conceptualization and writing of brand films that resonate with target audiences and drive brand recall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative strategies aligned with brand objectives, campaign goals, and audience insights
• Conceptualize and write scripts for brand films, digital campaigns, and video-led storytelling initiatives
• Translate marketing briefs into powerful creative ideas and narratives
• Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Lead ideation sessions and contribute original concepts for campaigns across platforms
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all creative outputs
• Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to inform creative direction
• Present ideas and strategies clearly to internal stakeholders and clients
• Work closely with directors, production houses, and editors during execution of brand films
• Continuously refine creative output based on performance insights and feedback

Must-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in an advertising agency environment
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect brand goals with creative output
• Proven expertise in scriptwriting and storytelling, especially for brand films and video content
• Excellent command of language, copywriting, and narrative structuring
• Ability to turn insights into compelling creative concepts
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and content trends
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling
