In this role, you will serve as the primary link between our brand and our Southern region clientele. You will focus on resolving complex inquiries, nurturing long-term client relationships, and turning feedback into actionable service improvements. Core Responsibilities

1. Client Support & Communication

• Address incoming client queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently across multiple channels (Phone, Email, Live Chat).
• Deliver tailored solutions with an empathetic, patient-first approach to ensure positive resolution.
• Maintain high first-contact resolution rates while keeping response times low.

2. Relationship Management & Loyalty

• Establish genuine, trust-based connections with customers to boost retention and brand advocacy.
• Actively listen to pinpoint specific customer pain points and preferences.
• Execute engagement strategies that elevate overall satisfaction scores (CSAT).

3. Issue Escalation & Resolution

• Analyze and troubleshoot product or service disputes with a clear, logical approach.
• Partner with cross-functional internal departments to solve complex technical or operational challenges.
• Timely escalate critical issues to leadership with well-documented context.

4. Quality Improvement & Feedback Analysis

• Gather, document, and categorize recurring customer feedback and operational trends.
• Share actionable insights with management to help refine products, workflows, and service quality.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken Kannada and Malayalam (Mandatory). Working knowledge of Hindi or English is a strong plus.
• Work Ethic: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and adapt in a fast-moving, target-driven workplace.
