We are looking for a empathetic, proactive, and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team remotely. You will be the primary advocate and trusted advisor for our users, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and engagement across regional markets.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer journey after onboarding. You will build strong relationships with learners and parents, resolve queries proactively, drive product adoption, and help us scale our footprint in Southern India.

Since a key focus of this role involves supporting our growing user base across South India, proficiency in South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is a plus.

• Customer Relationship & Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for learners/parents, fostering long-term trust and high satisfaction.
• Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new users through platform orientation, class schedules, and feature walkthroughs to ensure a smooth start.
• Query Resolution & Support: Proactively address user feedback, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication across live classes and sessions.
• Retention & Renewals: Track engagement metrics, identify at-risk users, and drive high renewal rates and program upgrades.
• Regional Engagement: Communicate fluently with learners and families in South Indian regional languages to deliver a warm, personalized support experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Instructors to share user feedback and improve the overall Paathshala experience.

• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English and at least one (or more) South Indian languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Learner Support, or Sales (EdTech or B2C experience preferred).
• Communication: Outstanding empathetic communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with remote tools, CRM/support software, and data tracking.
• Ownership: Self-starter with high accountability and a passion for helping learners succeed.
