Winning an enterprise customer is only the beginning. Our long-term success depends on customers adopting the platform, trusting its outputs and seeing measurable financial and operational value.

We’re therefore building customer success early rather than treating it as an afterthought.

You’ll become the primary relationship owner for selected customers after commercial onboarding.

You’ll understand why they purchased Controvia, help them successfully adopt it, monitor their experience, coordinate internal support and ensure we’re continuously demonstrating value.

Because we’re early stage, you’ll also help define what Customer Success at Controvia should look like.

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Understand each customer’s objectives and success criteria.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
• Become a reliable point of contact.

• Monitor platform adoption.
• Help customers understand and use new capabilities.
• Track measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Identify adoption barriers and coordinate solutions.

• Gather structured product feedback.
• Identify potential case studies and customer advocates.
• Work with product teams on recurring customer needs.
• Represent the customer’s perspective internally.

• Identify risks to customer satisfaction early.
• Support renewals.
• Identify opportunities for broader adoption within customer organisations.
• Work with commercial teams on expansion opportunities.

• 3+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting or enterprise client-facing experience.
• Excellent relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Commercially aware while remaining customer focused.
• Structured and highly organised.

• Enterprise SaaS experience.
• Experience working with finance or audit teams.
• Experience managing large corporate accounts.
• Familiarity with AI or data products.

Our earliest customers will have an outsized influence on our future.

You’ll work closely with those customers and the founders, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape the entire Customer Success function as we scale.
