About the role:

The Deputy Creative Director will own the overall creative direction of the Palmonas brand across digital, social, performance marketing, retail, product launches, campaigns, content production, and brand experiences. This role is responsible for ensuring every consumer touchpoint reflects a premium, aspirational, trend-forward and commercially effective brand identity while leading and mentoring the entire creative function. The ideal candidate combines exceptional creative thinking with strong execution capabilities and understands how creativity directly impacts brand growth, engagement, and business performance.

What You’ll Do:

Creative Leadership

• Define and evolve the creative vision of PALMONAS, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

• Drive innovation in storytelling, content formats, and visual execution while maintaining high creative standards.

• Keep the brand culturally relevant by staying ahead of fashion, design, and social media trends.

Campaign & Brand Strategy

• Conceptualize and lead integrated 360 campaigns from ideation to execution across launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations, celebrity campaigns, and key brand moments.

• Translate business objectives into impactful creative concepts in partnership with Marketing, D2C,

Product, and Leadership teams.

Performance Creative

Lead creative strategy for digital performance channels, balancing brand aesthetics with acquisition and retention goals.

• Optimize creatives through consumer insights, campaign performance, and structured creative testing.

Content & Social Media

• Own the creative direction and content strategy across social platforms.

• Lead storytelling for launches, trends, influencer collaborations, and community engagement while balancing brand-building and performance content.

Production & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end creative production, including photoshoots, video content, campaign films, and digital assets.

• Ensure excellence in art direction, styling, photography, videography, editing, and final execution.

Brand Experience

• Own the creative direction across all customer touchpoints, including the website, mobile app, retail stores, packaging, CRM, emailers, WhatsApp, offline branding, and events.

• Ensure a seamless, premium, and consistent brand experience across all online and offline channels.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the creative team while building scalable processes and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Trend & Consumer Insights

• Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to shape creative direction and benchmark PALMONAS against leading Indian and global brands.

Creative Operations

• Manage creative planning, production calendars, and stakeholder priorities while improving turnaround times and maintaining quality standards.

What You’ll Need:

• 10-12+ years of experience in creative leadership, art direction, or brand design.

• Experience in fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, or D2C brands preferred.

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital storytelling, and visual identity.

• Deep understanding of social-first content and performance marketing creatives.

• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
