Title: Design Engineer

Location: Pan India

Your Role

As a Design Engineer in the medical device domain, you will be responsible for mechanical product design and development while ensuring compliance with medical device design control and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Execute mechanical product design and development activities for medical device programs

• Apply medical device design control processes throughout the product lifecycle

• Manage design changes, design documentation, and configuration control

• Perform and support risk management activities, including DFMEA

• Support DHF and DMR remediation activities in line with regulatory requirements

• Work with PLM systems such as Windchill (or equivalent)

• Collaborate with quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams

• Prepare and review clear technical documentation

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design and development

• Hands-on experience with medical device design control

• Strong knowledge of design change management, risk management, and DFMEA

• Experience with Windchill or equivalent PLM tools

• Exposure to DHF/DMR remediation activities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Medical device industry experience preferred
