You’ll keep the Founder focused on what matters, drive execution across teams, and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks. Make it organised. Make it move.

Who you need to be:

• Fluent in founder mode (not just calendar management)
• Able to switch between strategy decks, hiring, operations, and investor calls without missing a beat
• Comfortable managing ambiguity while creating structure
• Proactive enough to solve problems before they become problems
• Clear-eyed about what needs the Founder’s attention and what doesn’t
