We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Executive Associate with proven experience in liaising with developers, mall management teams, brokers, landlords, and commercial property stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing retail/commercial spaces, managing negotiations, coordinating documentation, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills with the ability to work independently and travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

Business Liaison

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mall management teams, developers, commercial property owners, and leasing consultants.
• Coordinate with brokers and channel partners for identifying suitable commercial properties.
• Represent the organization during meetings, negotiations, and business discussions.
• Build strategic partnerships that support the company’s expansion plans.

Mall & Commercial Space Acquisition

• Identify retail and commercial spaces across target locations.
• Conduct market surveys and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate site visits with internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms including rentals, CAM charges, deposits, lock-in periods, and lease tenure.
• Ensure timely closure of leasing transactions.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and approvals.
• Maintain lease documentation and property records.
• Track lease renewals and critical timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor commercial real estate trends.
• Maintain a database of malls, developers, brokers, and available properties.
• Prepare periodic reports on leasing opportunities and competitor activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders.
• Resolve issues during lease negotiations and post-occupancy coordination.
• Maintain professional relationships to facilitate future business opportunities.
