About the Role:

HealthSy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Management Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our office and multiple retail store locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all facilities, maintain high standards of safety and hygiene, and support business operations with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee daily facility operations across office and store locations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of premises
• Manage utilities including electricity (EB), water, and internet/Wi-Fi
• Ensure proper functioning of AC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure surveillance is active and functional

2. Vendor & Service Management

• Manage vendors for housekeeping, security personnel, pest control, and maintenance
• Coordinate with internet and CCTV service providers for uninterrupted services
• Handle AMC contracts, renewals, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery

3. Infrastructure, Assets & Store Setup

• Support new store setup and ensure infrastructure readiness before launch
• Coordinate fixtures, electrical work, and basic setup activities
• Maintain records of assets including furniture, equipment, and store fixtures
• Track asset movement, allocation, and condition across locations
• Manage repairs, replacements, and disposal of assets

4. Power Backup, Safety & Compliance

• Oversee generator/UPS operations and ensure periodic testing
• Ensure fuel availability and backup readiness at all locations
• Maintain fire safety systems and conduct regular safety checks
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and support facility-related compliance

5. Administration, Inventory & Expense Management

• Manage office supplies, pantry, and consumables
• Maintain facility-related inventory records
• Track expenses including EB, internet, and maintenance costs
• Verify vendor invoices and coordinate for timely payments

6. Issue Resolution & Multi-site Coordination

• Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly
• Escalate critical issues and ensure timely closure
• Travel across store locations and office as required
• Ensure consistent facility standards across all locations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering/Facility Management preferred)
• 1-4 years of experience in facility management, with proven experience managing multi-site operations
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and utility systems
• Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation, AMC management, and budget ownership
• Prior experience managing a facility team (technicians/executives)
• Must be based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with strong ownership mindset.
