We are looking for a Finance Costing Manager with strong hands-on experience in product costing, manufacturing costing, cost analysis and profitability to support critical business and management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product & manufacturing costing for existing and new products.
- Develop and maintain standard costing systems and cost structures.
- Analyze RM, labour, overhead, conversion and manufacturing costs.
- Review BOMs, routings and cost centres for costing accuracy.
- Conduct Actual vs Standard and detailed cost variance analysis.
- Identify cost leakages, cost-reduction opportunities and productivity gaps.
- Conduct product/SKU-wise profitability, gross margin and contribution analysis.
- Support pricing decisions, new product evaluation and business cases through cost models.
- Lead/coordinate budgeting, forecasting and plant/product-wise financial planning.
- Prepare monthly costing MIS, plant performance and profitability reports for management.
- Work closely with Finance, Plant, Production, Procurement, SCM, Sales, R&D and Senior Management.
- Partner with ERP/IT teams for costing process improvement, master-data accuracy and reporting automation.
Looking For
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance / Costing
Manufacturing industry experience
Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing, Standard Costing & Manufacturing Costing
Strong understanding of BOM, RM, WIP, FG, overhead absorption & cost variances
Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting & Profitability Analysis
Strong Advanced Excel & SAP/ERP skills; SAP Costing preferred
CA / CMA / ICWA preferred
Strong analytical, business partnering and management presentation skills
