About the Role

Cureous Labs is seeking a highly organised and proactive Founder’s Office Associate & Operations Executive to support the Founder CEO across a wide range of operational, administrative, and strategic functions. This role is pivotal in freeing up the founder’s bandwidth to focus on growth, fundraising, and revenue generation. You will act as a force multiplier – driving execution, maintaining team momentum, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Operations Support

• Plan and track daily tasks and deliverables for the internal team
• Setup Meetings with Team as well as potential Partnerships
• Make weekly plans for the team by discussing with the founder and department heads
• Help Plan, Schedule and Prioritise tasks for the founder and delegate to the team as per the nature and domain of work
• Coordinate with vendors (both domestic and international) for manufacturing and component procurement
• Handle customs clearance documentation and follow up

Communication & Documentation

• Manage and respond to emails across investors, partners, vendors, and government bodies
• Prepare and maintain required documents, pitch presentations, and grant applications
• Create brochures, videos, proposals, and pitch decks as required
• Find and Apply to Grants and Awards

HR, Legal & Compliance

• Draft and manage employee documents, NDAs, contracts, and agreements
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, screen basic applications, and help with onboarding formalities

Product & Customer Coordination

• Follow up with customers, gather feedback, and schedule demos or trials
• Maintain and update documentation related to device deployments

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related fields
• 1/2+ years of experience in startup operations, founder support, or project coordination roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Great at documentation
• Focussed and values time.Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Canva, and email platforms
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented attitude
• Willingness to take ownership and work with limited supervision in a dynamic Setup

Preferred Previous experience

• working in a healthtech/medical device Startup
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of compliance documentation, vendor coordination, and grants
• Familiarity with Zoho Suite (CRM, Books), Notion, or similar tools
