Front-end Developer

Kavi India Software Technologies is seeking an experienced Front-end Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using either React or Angular, with a preference for React. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in modern UI/UX practices and a strong understanding of RESTful API integration, particularly with Python-based back ends (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI).

Responsibilities:

• · Develop, test, and maintain robust front-end components using React or Angular with a preference for React.
• · Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product owners to deliver seamless user experiences.
• · Integrate with REST APIs and collaborate with backend teams for end-to-end feature delivery.
• · Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• · Maintain clean, scalable code with thorough documentation and unit testing.
• · Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship when needed.
• · Troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues and propose reliable solutions.
• · Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• · 5+ years of front-end development experience using the latest version of React or Angular (v16+)
• · Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS/SCSS).
• · Good understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
• · Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with any backend technologies.
• · Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• · Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Exposure to Python basics for easier debugging and collaboration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools.
