Role Description

The Frontline Health Insurance Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The position involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their health insurance needs and recommending suitable plans and products. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-person and telephonic consultations, explaining policy features and benefits, managing leads, and closing sales in alignment with organizational targets. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. The executive is expected to stay current on health insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and market trends to provide accurate, compliant advice.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Customer relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance products, insurance terminology, and regulatory requirements; willingness to learn and upskill.
• Ability to explain complex financial and insurance concepts in simple, understandable language.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on ethical sales practices.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and document sales activities.
• Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in health insurance or financial services sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with reliability in on-site client-facing work in Bengaluru.
