Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join the Front Office team at Taj Lands End. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and at least 2 years of experience in front office or guest relations within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional arrival and departure experience.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain guest profiles and preferences for personalized service.
- Handle VIP arrivals and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and brand standards.
- Assist in managing room allocations and guest requests.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports.
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or a similar role in a reputed hotel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Well-groomed personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera/Fidelio or similar) will be an added advantage.
