WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a motivated, creative graphic designer who is excited to grow with a brand that is redefining luxury in India. You’ll work across brand communications, digital content, and design — and we’d love someone who brings their own ideas to the table, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about the quality of what they put out.
You don’t need to have done it all before — but you should be curious, willing to learn fast, and excited about what we’re building.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
External Communications
• Design static social media posts and digital creatives for brand campaigns, product updates, and announcements
• Design and update prospect communication creatives, including outreach materials and sales enablement assets
• Maintain visual consistency across platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond
• Work with the marketing team to translate briefs into polished, on-brand content that actually stops the scroll
Internal Communications
• Design email templates and layouts for internal newsletters, town halls, and company updates
• Create visual assets — banners, graphics, infographics — for internal decks and communications
• Ensure internal comms are as polished and considered as everything we put in front of clients
Design aesthetics and UI/UX of the RedBeryl website and mobile app, ensuring both reflect the brand’s luxury positioning
WHAT YOU BRING
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, brand communications, or a related creative role — internships and agency stints count
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — and openness to tools like Runway, Canva Pro, and AI creative platforms
• A good eye for design — you notice when something looks off and care enough to fix it
• Clear, confident written communication — you can draft copy that feels on-brand without needing endless rounds of edits
• Comfortable managing a few things at once and keeping track of your own deadlines
• Someone who takes initiative — if you see something that could be better, you mention it and come up with a suggestion
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience working with or building a brand style guide
• Motion graphics or basic video editing capability (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
• Familiarity with luxury consumer sensibilities and what resonates with an HNI audience
• Experience with email marketing platforms — Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
