As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Frido in our Experience Centers.
Your role goes beyond sales-you will create meaningful, ergonomic lifestyle experiences for
customers, educate them about our products, and ensure every visitor leaves with the right
comfort solution and a positive brand impression.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage customers in a warm, consultative, and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ergonomic products through
demonstrations and storytelling
• Drive individual sales targets and contribute to store-level revenue goals
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits in a comfort and wellness-focused
approach
• Assist customers with queries, product selection, and after-sales support
• Support calling activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions as per store requirements
• Maintain store hygiene, grooming standards, and brand presentation
• Follow VM guidelines and ensure products are displayed as per brand standards
• Assist in inventory handling, stock arrangement, and cycle counts when required
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve in-store experience and product
offerings
What We’re Looking For:
• 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to connect with urban, health-conscious customers
• Willingness to learn about ergonomic products and comfort solutions
