Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support recruitment marketing initiatives by creating, managing, and optimizing candidate attraction campaigns. This role focuses on publishing job opportunities, managing outreach campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and driving applicant engagement for contract and gig-based opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across approved platforms.
• Publish and maintain job postings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize postings to improve candidate engagement.
• Manage candidate outreach campaigns through email and other communication channels.
• Track campaign metrics, applicant flow, and response rates, providing regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign activities and applicant engagement.
• Ensure all job advertisements and communications follow company branding and compliance guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and candidate engagement.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, campaign management, talent operations, or recruiting support.
• Experience creating and managing job posting campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in staffing, RPO, or talent acquisition environments.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruitment marketing platforms.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing best practices and employer branding.
