Role Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting Vansiii’s services, and managing the sales process from first conversation to project onboarding.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and Strategy team to understand client needs, develop tailored proposals, and ensure a seamless handover to our creative team once projects begin.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, understands consultative selling, and is excited about helping businesses invest in strategic branding.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Generate and qualify leads that align with Vansiii’s ideal client profile.
• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business goals and challenges.
• Present Vansiii’s branding and creative services with confidence and clarity.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication in collaboration with the strategy team.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, update CRM records, and track performance metrics.
• Represent Vansiii at networking events, industry meetups, and business opportunities where relevant.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build genuine relationships and confidently engage with founders and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms and productivity tools.
• Prior experience in branding, marketing, advertising, creative agencies, SaaS, consulting, or B2B services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
