As we scale, we’re looking for a Director – Sales who can build relationships, open new markets, and create enterprise growth.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle-from identifying opportunities to closing strategic deals.

You’ll partner with CXOs, Engineering Leaders, CIOs and CTOs to understand their business challenges and position Nomiso as a trusted AI and Product Engineering partner.

In this role, you will:

• Build and grow enterprise relationships across Telecom, BFSI and other large enterprises.
• Create new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales engagements.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Own pipeline creation, forecasting, negotiations and revenue growth.
• Represent Nomiso at executive meetings, customer engagements and industry forums.

What We’re Looking For

• 8-14 years of Enterprise Technology Sales experience, with a strong track record of acquiring and growing enterprise customers.
• Experience selling Enterprise Software, AI, Product Engineering, Cloud or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and executive relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence CXOs and senior technology leaders.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable building opportunities from scratch.
