JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE)
Role Overview
Forest24 is looking for energetic, customer-focused and target-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about building relationships and closing sales. The ideal candidate will guide customers throughout the property buying journey while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations and accompany customers on site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
• Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the CRM team for lead updates and documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on project details and market trends.
Requirements
• 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or related sales roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
