Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate or high-value product sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers through a seamless buying experience.

Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and project presentations.

Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.

Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Proficient in handling client queries and delivering presentations.

Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours (weekly off on weekdays). Own vehicle preferred.

Educational qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
