Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Architect with 5-7 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to handling large-scale projects. The candidate will be responsible for design development, project coordination, and execution support, while also guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development and oversee architectural documentation for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle on-site project responsibilities and resolve design/technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Mentor and support junior architects and interns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a reputed college/university.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in architectural design and execution.
- Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Strong design sense, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and decent proficiency in English.
