We’re Hiring: Senior Academic Counsellor – EdTech (VLSI Program)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office)
Experience: 1-4 years in EdTech or Education Sales (preferably selling Executive MBA, UG/PG Programs, or high-ticket price Certifications)
Qualification: Graduate
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
FIxed CTC: 4,00,000 -6,00,000 LPA + Variable
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and messages.
- Counsel prospects about programs and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments.
- Update lead details and track progress in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
- An edtech sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Great communication & people skills – you can explain clearly and build trust.
- Goal-driven but student-first mindset.
- Comfortable with digital tools & platforms.
