Responsibilities

• Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R&D projects
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes for cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIs
• Ensure consistent project documentation and data hygiene
• Flag delays or blockers and support mitigation efforts
• Collaborate with R&D Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align priorities
• Support process improvements and standardization within the R&D Operations team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, )
• Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven, structured, and dependable
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
